Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting the corporate employees of Union Marine Management Services (UMMS) for a team building, engagement and motivation event at Tirang Badminton Centre Dwarka in GoylaVihar. The event brought together more than 50+ UMMS employees from India with the goal of promoting team spirit and wellness among colleagues.

 

Employee engagement is a crucial factor in driving the success of any organization and Tirang Sports have curated a list of interesting and enjoyable employee engagement ideas that will infuse the employees with excitement and a sense of togetherness. Our employee engagement initiatives focused on team-building, served as a perfect platform for UMMS employees to interact and participate beyond their daily work routines.

 

During the event, UMMS employees participated in friendly badminton matches and engaging group exercises. By engaging in sports together, the employees developed a better understanding of each other, breaking down barriers and fostering lasting relationships. The event also highlighted the importance of promoting the health and well-being of employees, aligning with Tirang Sports’ commitment to a holistic approach to employee engagement. The event ended with sports achievement awards, where trophies and medals were presented to the winners and participants.
